The Young Money Cash Money roster is filled with some of hip-hop’s greatest emcees. From the boss, Lil Wayne all the way to Tyga, YMCMB is to be respected.
So it must mean something when another young emcee is hand-chosen by Wayne himself to join the ranks. Rhode Island native, Euro first grabbed Wayne’s attention in college while on a baseball scholarship. After a few meetings, Euro left school to become the newest member of the camp.
Although initially nervous working with Weezy F, Euro was able to hold his own on the single “We Alright” also featuring Birdman, which is on the second YMCMB compilation album “Rise of An Empire.”
Euro visited the GIANTLife.com offices to discuss how Rhode Island influenced his love for hip-hop, meeting Wayne and his upcoming project “Don’t Expect Nothing.”
