Ingredients and Supplies Needed:
- Juicer (Not A Blender)
- A Large Chunk of Ginger
- 4-5 Stalks of Celery
- 2 Lemons (Peeled & Sliced)
- 3 Apples (Peeled & Sliced; REMOVE THE SEEDS!)
Before we start juicing, be sure to wash all fruits and vegetables. Juice your lemon and ginger separate from your apple and celery. For best results, stir/mix the freshly juiced produce and consume immediately.
