sxswMusic fans and concertgoers are still grappling with the effects of the drunken hit-and-run incident that took place Thursday at SXSW. Sadly, a third victim, Sandy Thuy Le, was pronounced dead Sunday night.

As previously reported, a drunk driver, now identified as Rashad Charjuan Owens, was attempting to evade police when he plowed into a crowd of fans gathered outside of a venue hosting events for SXSW.

Two individuals, Steven Craenmehr and Jamie West, were killed at the scene while riding a bicycle and moped, respectively, and 23 others were injured.

Le died later of head trauma.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends of the victims.
