This time around Anita Baker is caught up in the rapture

Singer Anita Baker is not singing a good tune these days as Detroit Police issues a warrant for her arrest because she didn’t pay a painting and decorating company of more than $15,000 for work done in her home.

Baker is ordered to pay the company $15,000 back in 2011 but she never did. After learning about her warrant, this is what she tweeted out:

WHATTT??!!… sittin’ in the kitchen watching this on TV. BIG time crazy. Atty on his way to TV Station. Devil sho is busy.

Her lawyer Jamal Hamood has plans to file motion to cancel the warrant so his client won’t face any jail time.

We shall see if she’s going to be singing I apologize in court
