What happens when you mix the NBA, hip-hop & the sneaker world? Patso Dimitrov has the answer, and it comes in the form of some of our favorite kicks in some extremely sick colorways.
Artist/designer Patso Dimitrov has taken the cover art from several rap albums released in the past few years & recreated them on signature NBA shoes from the 2013-2014 season. The first pair that catches your eye are the gold & bronze Nike LeBron 11 designed with the colors from Jay Z & Kanye‘s Watch the Throne album cover. Then you have the trippy Adidas D Rose 4.5 inspired by Chance The Rapper‘s Acid Rap, which features various purple & pink shades combined with a starry upper. Dimitrov has piqued the interest of many, with hopes that the sneaker brands will take notice and make these a reality. Out of the nine shoe designs, which ones are you feeling the most? See all of Patso’s creations below and let us know on Instagram, Twitter & Facebook!
