The ATL wunderkind announces the release of Honest and his upcoming tour
Rising Epic Records recording artist FUTURE is pleased to announce the title and release date for his much anticipated sophomore full-length album, Honest, available this fall.
To reveal his sophomore album, Future will host a uStream tonight at 12:01am, Thursday, August 8th where he will debut the lead single, title track off the album. “Honest”, written by Future and produced by Metro Boomin (Lil Wayne, Gucci Mane, Ludacris) and DJ Spinz (Ca$h Out, Waka Flocka Flame), features Future’s signature unique vocals that have captivated fans since his early mixtape releases. The new track, “Honest”, will impact Urban and Rhythmic radio on August 19th.
“Honest is the new me. It represents the truth I try to bring to my music. I plan to break the mold with this album so that it will be nothing like you’ve heard from me or any other artist out,” says Future. “You can either tell the truth or face the Future.”
Leading up to the release of Honest on November 26th, Future will join Grammy Award winning artists Drake and Miguel on the highly anticipated “Would You Like A Tour” tour this fall. The over forty date arena tour kicks off on September 25th in Portland, Oregon and will cross the US and Canada stopping in major markets such as Vancouver, Chicago, New York City, Atlanta before ending the day prior to the release of Honest at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
