Aw, man.
Last night’s Golden State Warriors vs Denver Nuggets game featured a team with a young core looking forward to playing into May next season (Nuggets), on the road against a high-powered, fast-paced shoot-happy team looking to sneak in the back door and surprise one of the top tier teams in the Western Conference come playoff time, and simultaneously fight off the Phoenix Suns, who currently sit just one game behind the Warriors for the 6th playoff seed.
The Nuggets ended up being the team that got the last laugh, by a slim final count of 100-99, but Andre Iguodala gave young Quincy Miller a memory he’ll surely never forget. As Andre came down the court with intentions of driving to the hoop, Quincy Miller stepped in and tried to defend. In hindsight that was…um…ill-advised.
