An abandoned projects community in New Orleans has been recently turned into an art exhibit attracting visitors and tourist to see the ever-growing project, called #ProjectBe. Started by one local artist, Brandan Odums, who used the space as an outlet to just paint his thoughts and ideas onto the walls, has grown into an understood invitation for all artists and spectators to join in on the party. The #ProjectBe hashtag on Instagram and Twitter is full of colorful photos of many different perspectives of the artwork.

Once the City Of New Orleans announced plans to demolish the structure and rebuild the projects, #ProjectBe began getting more news attention. This story is from a local news station WGNO, in New Orleans
