Former New York Yankee Robinson Cano made his fist appearance at Yankee Stadium yesterday when his Seattle Mariners played the Bronx Bombers.
Before he took the field, Cano took to the streets to find out how current die-hard Yankee fans feel about the slugger leaving the beloved team for the Mariners.
He made an appearance on “The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon“, and decided to prank Yankee fans when they booed and talked trash to a cardboard cutout of Cano’s face. After, Cano would come from behind the cardboard cutout to greet the unhappy fans who had suddenly had a change of heart once Cano stop there in person.
Fans got into the moment going as far as to talk about his beard but once the former Yankee come face to face with the fan he welcomed him with a “pleasure to meet you.”
