I know times are hard as a college student but Jameis Winston isn’t just any college student. Winston is the star quarterback for FSU, a national champion and the 2014 Heisman trophy winner and now he’s being labeled as a thief.
According to reports, Winston was issued a citation on Tuesday for shoplifting crab legs from a Publix supermarket.
“He got an adult civil citation,” a source told SB Nation. “If he completes the sanctions it will never show up on his record.
“They commonly give them to juveniles on first criminal offenses. They are now doing it for minor misdemeanors for adults to lower crime rate.”
Winston will have to pay a $30 fine, do community service and will reportedly be suspended from the FSU baseball team, which he joined during football’s offseason.
