On March 20th, 14-year-old Kahton Anderson faced charges of second-degree murder for killing 39-year-old Angel Rojas on a MTA city bus. When the teenager appeared in court yesterday, Where he pleaded not guilty. The statement he gave to police was filled with sorrowful emotion:

 

“Who did I hit? Was it a rival or a innocent man? Why didn’t I just go home? They came at me on the bus, and I was scared. Yo am I gonna do life for this? It’s my brothers gun.
