Shots! No tequila… 

Apparently Nelly is clearing up some confusion that has been circling the St. Loius rapper and Floyd Mayweather. He’s made it very clear that him and Mayweather were never friends. Yes, they’ve been seen hanging out and various clubs over the past few years and yes there wasn’t any “beef” so to speak, but “homies” was something Nelly claimed the two never were. According to Nelly, Mayweather tried to sleep with his ex behind his back. Hmm, homies don’t do that Floyd. Nelly took to Instagram a few days ago and posted this PSA, in case you had any questions, he addresses quite a few:

“Me and Floyd being such good friends is a total shock to me considering we have never exchanged numbers never been invited to a fight, never been to his house, never ate lunch, we never have hung out anywhere other than seeing each other in a club..! Floyd could be confusing his relationship with me with his relationship with my ex for whom he has exchanged numbers and has flown personally to attend His weekend in Michigan which I wasn’t invited (guess I wasn’t in the circle of friends then) lol…I have great respect for him as far as him being a true champion in his sport but homies ..?? Circle of friends ..? Nahh … Good luck to him tho keep making history champ.” Well then.
