I’m just gonna leave this here…
This past Saturday Floyd Mayweather had everyone surrounding their televisions as he fought Marcos Maidana, & arguably fought his worst fight. Though we all sounded off on The Source‘s Facebook page about how we felt about it, Mayweather remained unbothered. Why might you ask? Well if you were making almost $15,000 a second, would you be fazed about other’ opinions? Yeah, exactly.
Yes you read that right: Floyd Mayweather made $14,815 a second during that fight. Let’s break that down, shall we?
That’s $14,815 a second.
$888,889 a minute.
$2,666,667 per round.
With a grand total of $32 million dollars in 36 minutes.
If that doesn’t make you want to take up boxing then I don’t know what will. Lets not talk about the $38,000,000 he reportedly made in Pay-Per-View sales, either. No one man should have all that money, but I guess that just comes with the ability to kill a man with a single punch.
Shoutout to the undefeated boxer- if we could trade places with anyone in the world right now, it would definitely be you.
