A new pair of kicks are set to debut for this year’s MVP.

Kevin Durant has had one hell of a season, so when he was given his first MVP award there was no argument- he truly deserved it plus more. So much more, in fact, that Nike Basketball is paying a special tribute to the player, complete with a new pair of kicks & a special custom tee.

In celebration of the OKC Thunder power forward, a special KD VI NIKEiD will be unveiled Wednesday evening to congratulate him on his spectacular 2013-2014 season. We’ll also a get a limited KD MVP t-shirt to go with the kicks, which judging by the photo seems to illuminate in the dark.
