On this Debarge inspired track, Brooklyn and Yonkers come together to create what the ladies love that is sure to leave them satisfied
What better way for a rapper from the streets to take from than to make a record from an artist that IS the streets? Well, that’s the power move made by BK’s own RRose RRome, as he collaborates with the Lox’s Sheek Louch for his latest single and video from his Take This Serious project called, “Like That”.
Brooklyn and Y.O. form a mean alliance on this Debarge inspired track produced by one of the Borough’s behind the board legends, GQ Beats, who is known for his tracks for Fabolous, Busta Rhymes, Jim Jones, Lloyd Banks, and more. Sheek and RRome deliver clean, punch line laden hood love rhymes, which, is guaranteed to satisfy the lyric critics as well as the ladies.
Getting spins on both of NYC’s premier radio stations, co-signs from BK vets Uncle Murda and Lil’ Fame, and an appearance in The Source Magazine’s first issue of 2014, RRome is one of NYC’s more visible artist on the rise. His Take This Serious debut is predicted to solidify his position in the rap game, which has been built on a strong foundation of respected lyricism and real life circumstances among those whose art equate their lives. Brooklyn has always brought out the best form the streets and from RRome, nothing less can be expected.
