Roxbury’s own Maine Man comes through with a brand new video for his street single, “R.N.U”. During a short recess in his beef with Tyga, Lil Durk comes through to lace with the track with his signature auto-tuned infused melodies; contributing a hook that will get stuck in your head for the rest of the day. When the Chicago emcee is away from the microphone, Maine picks it up and shoots out a plethora of intricate rhymes that contain an interesting mix of old and new school sensibilities. There is work to be moved and money to make.
Both Maine and Durk make it clear that they are speaking only to those who can understand them the best, which are “real N*ggas”. It is a great video that sees them chilling around Roxbury, straight mobbing. There are a few cameos from Fred The Godson and Rondo Numba Nine, with a slew of friends chilling around them.
