We all know that it’s rough work being a Florida police officer. Between dealing with lawbreakers, drug dealers and flubbing investigations into the shooting deaths of Black youth at the hands of Whites, at some point ya’ just need a break.
So when an officer of the law needs to relax and blow off steam, they can’t just go drink a few beers with friends and complain, no. They need special methods and techniques to get that real, deep chill.
In an 11-page memo written by the Florida Assistant State Attorney some of these types of activities carried on by a group of officers were explained, in detail.

Handcuffing each other
Recording cell phone videos of sexual acts
