Originally dubbed the “Reverse King’s Pride,” this pair of Nike LeBron XI has been renamed the “Everglades” edition. The sneaker celebrates the baller’s current home state of Florida, showing appreciation for the Everglades.
It comes in a black, metallic silver, wolf grey and atomic mint colorway. The upper comes in black with a multi-color graphic around the midsole that represent the Everglades region, adding a few touches of silver accents and finishing off the sneaker with an icy blue translucent outsole.
The sneaker was set for a May 17 release date but was then delayed for two weeks. The sneaker will be released at Nike Basketball retailers which include Foot Locker and House of Hoops locations. It’s considered a general release but Footocker will sell the sneaker as a first-come, first-serve forgoing the normal raffle system that sneakerheads have become accustomed to. If you’re looking to avoid long lines and possible disappointment of not getting the sneaker, you can try your hand at grabbing a pair on FootLocker.com on Saturday, May 31, at 8 a.m.
