Discovery Times Square debuted its highly anticipated World Premiere of Marvel’s Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. in coordination with Marvel Entertainment and Victory Hill Exhibitions.

Approximately 700 guests were invited to preview the exhibit before it officially opened on Thursday evening. Hor d’oeuvres were being served while fans of all ages waited on line. After about 20 minutes or so I along with 25 or so people were signaled to enter the first room of the exhibit. The all white room that felt like a science lab that had been taken right out of a movie. We were debriefed then we proceeded forward. Each room of the Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. has something unique to offer. The exhibit is really a mixture of old school meets new school. There are costumes and props that will literally make your jaw drop as well as technologically advanced stations that will engage little ones. Personally, my favorite part of the night was seeing the Iron Man suit. This is not your ordinary art exhibit. In fact, it feels like it belongs in a theme park.

I recommand the Marvel Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. for those parents who are having trouble bonding their teenage children and for those who grew up reading comic books. I have to say the there is something incredibly magical about watching a parent relive their childhood as they prepare to see thing they’ve read about. Seeing complete strangers become so become so excited really gave me another perspective and helped me to understand the impact that the Mavel Comic legacy has had and still has on generations of people from every culture. This exhibit is definitely a must see
