Earlier this year in March, Rapper A$ton Matthews dropped a mixtape named A$ton 3:16.As he works towards pushing his mixtape, he released a track that lasts about three minutes. Produced by Alviar, “Lit” has a California street rap to it but also a New York edge. In the song he continuously mentions “Everything Lit”, when the term lit is used, it holds different definitions in different areas. Hmm, wonder what it means to the artist, or at least what he was referring to and does it share the same meaning within the west and east coast music culture?
