This time a video has emerged of a 15 year old Justin Bieber telling a racist joke.

The Sun newspaper in England released a video of the pop star asking: “Why are black people afraid of chainsaws?”

He then delivered the insensitive punch line: “Run n—–, n—–, n—–, n—–, n—–.”
