Miami emcee Stu Cat recently released the first drop, Suck It, off of his and Teddy Roxpin‘s upcoming collaborative EP,Toast To The Game. The project was slated to come out on June 2nd via Leedz Edutainment, but has been pushed back for now. It will feature a wide range of lyrical geniuses including Action Bronson, Tayyib Ali, Phil Ade and Michael Christmas.
The video for Suck It is rather creative (and graphic), following Stu strolling throughout the streets, into the studio and even to him taking on a therapist role (sort of). Great cuts, angles and smoke flow shadows bring his forceful flow to life while Roxpin’s perfectly fitting instrumental slide into the backdrop.
Stu Cat has been making a name for himself for a few years now and, as of late, has caught the attention of a much larger audience. With a stacked performance resume and working alongside Mac Miller-producer Teddy Roxpin, it will be exciting to see how his full album impacts listeners, both old and new. Watch the new video for Suck It, below and be sure to stay tuned for an updated release date.
