Forget killing your enemies with kindness, it’s all about exterminating them with etiquette now. The ever unrelenting emcee Planet Asia is currently working on a new album with producer TzariZM titled Via Satellite on July 29th via Doxside Music Group. I hadn’t heard much of TzariZM before but this first single from the album gave me a feeling that I hope everyone gets from the next Star Wars movie–going in with a sense of familiarity (Planet Asia) and being pleasantly surprised by the new face (TzariZM).
The Orlando producer puts out a flurry of a beat that could fit in the next Kill Bill film (if Tarantino doesn’t go Detox on us) while Planet Asia uses various metaphors from fine cooked dishes to “posted on the block” lingo. Some things never change, like Planet Asia’s demeanor, and we’re completely fine with that. This track is one example of many reasons that Planet Asia moved from one game of hustling to another, all jokes aside.
Via Satellite will also feature Durag Dynasty members Killer Ben and TriState, Oh No, Rock (Heltah Skeltah), Casual (Hieroglyphics), MidaZ the Beast, Montage One, Prodigal Sunn, and more. Tzarizm has also worked with Celph Titled, Homeboy Sandman, Akrobatik, MTV, VH1, and many others.
You can pre-order the single which drops tomorrow right HERE.
