To commemorate the opening of Versace’s new flagship store in Honolulu, the fashion house collaborated with Jasper Wong of POW! WOW! Hawaii and Tristan Eaton to create a phenomenal mural. Featuring Versace’s famed Medusa’s head logo, Eaton, a renowned street artist from Los Angeles, combined vibrant pastel colors and psychedelic patterns to create one of the most visually striking murals we’ve ever seen.
This amazing mural took five days to create and tons of cans of spray paint, starting from merely a stencil of the standard logo. The completed art piece is on display at the intersection of Ala Moana Blvd. and Keawe St., a major crossroad in the city. Check out more of Tristan Eaton’s amazing work via his Instagram, as well as pictures of the five-day long process below and a video of it here.
