Even though Ab-Soul’s new album, These Days, release date is right around the corner, that hasn’t stopped Top Dawg Entertainment from looking further ahead. Once again, using his twitter page to divulge the labels upcoming plans, CEO Anthony “Top Dog” Tiffith stated that fans could expect Jay Rock’s project to follow on the heels of Soul’s. One of the original label prospects signed, Rock has been exciting listeners recently, with his standout verses on a number of featured appearances, including “Shot You Down (Remix)” and “I Just Wanna Party”. There hasn’t been a release date stated yet, but we are sure that it should hit digital and retail stores shortly.
Tiffith also promised that These Days will see a hard copy release as well, which means all of the CD collectors out there will be able to physically hold onto the music. Check out the tweet below and look out for more information as it becomes available.
