Check it out:
The Source: What gives you the most joy in what you do?
Adonis King: I get the most joy from fans singing my songs whenever I’m performing. They give me the power to be who I am.
The Source: What inspires you?
Adonis King: My story and my fans’ stories, how they tell me that my music lifts them up when they feel down or they have gloomy days. Also as a victim of being bullied, I hope my music can be a positive platform to speak out and support others affected by this widespread problem, showing them that there is hope and that it will get better. I used to get picked on a lot when I was young. I was so uncomfortable telling people that I have a learning disability, because I thought I would be made fun of, now I don’t care what people have to say about me, I’m free as a bird

I’m working on my campaign called “Fashion Is My Religion” this campaign speaks on the freedom of art and how you can be anything without judgment. I’m letting people know fashion can be anything; you have to have an eye for it.
The Source: What’s makes you different?
Adonis King: I’m different from every other male rapper/artist because my music is not geared toward a specific type of person. I’m an artist, I create, my fashion is always out of the box and attitude stands out for me.
The Source: What do you do in your downtime?
Adonis King: Down time for me involves cooking, getting to know myself better, spending time with family, and in the studio making what I love; music.
The Source: Where do you see yourself short term and long term?
Adonis King: Short term, I see myself working hard, booking shows and showing my fans all the creativity I have. Long term, I could see myself sitting next to Anna Wintour at a fashion show. I would also love to perform on a New Year’s countdown stage.
The Source: What artists inspire you?
Adonis King: I’m inspired by, Michael Jackson, David Bowie, Boy George, Stevie Boi, Shonie, Sirah, and Eminem.
