After numerous reports that talks have stalled, the Memphis Grizzlies and their All-Star forward Zach Randolph have agreed to a two-year, $20 million extension.

Randolph has opted in for next season at $16.5 million and with the extension will remain with the Grizzlies through the 2016-17 season.

“It’s cool, man,” Randolph told the Memphis Commercial Appeal via ESPN. “This is where I want to be.”

The 32-year-old Randolph averaged 17.4 points and 10.1 rebounds last season, helping Memphis win 50 games under new head coach Dave Joerger.
