The west coast emcee lets loose some details for his upcoming release.
We recently got the artwork to Nipsey Hussle‘s DJ Drama-hosted Gangsta Grillz mixtape, Crenshaw, and today we get the complete list of tracks, features and production credits, and its a good one. Other than features from Rick Ross, who Nip was rumored to have a label deal with a couple years ago, and two appearances from fellow Cali independent rapper Dom Kennedy, Nipsey garnered assistance from Z-Ro, one of 2013′s biggest and most notable songwriters James Fauntleroy, Slim Thug and Sade. Whether or not Sade’s credit is for a sample or an actual contribution remains to be seen, but regardless, Crenshaw sounds like it may be one of Neighborhood Nip’s most enjoyable projects to date, and certainly one of 2013′s sleeper projects. Watch as Nip takes Karen Civil’s cameras on a tour around his stomping grounds, and take a look at the official tracklist, featuring production credits from The Futuristiks, 1500 Or Nothin’ and The Surf Club.
