According to ESPN’s Marc Stein, Chandler Parsons and the Dallas Mavericks have agreed upon a three-year, $45 million offer sheet.
Parsons is a restricted free agent, which means that the Houston Rockets, his current club has three days to match that offer.
A 6-9 small forward in his third season out of Florida, Parsons averaged 16.6 points, 5.5 rebounds and 4.4 assists for the Houston Rockets this season.
Houston had a player option on Parsons for the 2014-15 season, but declined their option on Parsons so that Parsons could become a restricted free agent this offseason as opposed to becoming an unrestricted free agent last offseason.
