NBA free agent D.J. Augustin signed a two-year $6 million deal with Detroit Pistons.
A six year vet out of Texas, Augustin put up career numbers as Chicago Bull. An in-season acquisition, he was signed to Chicago shortly after Derrick Rose went down for the season after tearing his meniscus. Augustin posted 13.1 points and 4.4 assists for Chicago and recorded a season high 12 assists in a 103-97 win over his former team, the Charlotte Bobcats.
