Former Jersey Shore gal, JWOWW, welcomed home a beautiful baby girl with fiance, Roger Mathews.
Weighing in at 7lbs., 13oz, Meilani Alexandra Mathews made her debut July 13 at exactly 12:49PM.
After announcing their pregnancy in December and a rough first trimester, both parents are in extreme jubilee with support from their fans and cast members.
