If you’ve been patiently waiting for Leimert Park rapper Dom Kennedy to drop his latest independent release, Get Home Safely, you won’t have to wait much longer, as the album goes on iTunes pre-sale at midnight tonight . And thanks to an Instagram post late this afternoon (or mid-afternoon if you’re from the emcee’s native California) you won’t have to guess how many songs and features the album will have either. Dom posted the album’s back cover on the social networking site today, revealing what looks to be a lengthy listen. The tracklisting is 17 songs long, when the bonus track is factored in, and touts appearances by Krondon, of Strong Arm Steady fame, as well as rapidly rising L.A. crooners Ty Dolla $ign and Teeflii, and frequent collaborators Skeme and Nipsey Hussle. Get Home Safely goes on sale Tuesday, October 15th.
