We’ve all heard the rumors about sperm—it clears up your skin, if you drink a lot of pineapple juice, it will taste better, it makes your hair grow… Here are some facts:

The First Squirt Is The Strongest
The first moment of ejaculation contains the highest concentration of sperm.

It May Overstay It’s Welcome
Sperm typically stays in your body for 48 hours after sex but can hang around for as long as five days to a week in the cervics. Interestingly, cervical mucus protects the sperm and helps it stay longer in the body around ovulation.

He Will Never Run Out Of Nut
A lot of sex and/or masturbation will not lower a man’s sex count.  However the temperature can affect sperm count. Sperm counts are lower in the summer and higher in the winter.

Pineapple may or may not make it taste better
There has never been a real study on the connection between foods a guy eats and the taste of his sperm but feel free to test this theory out.

All Sperm Is Created Equal
Sperm either have the X or Y chromosome. (2 X chromosomes make a female baby and an X and Y chromosome make a male baby. ) Neither the X or the Y chromosome is a better swimmer. A man has an equal chance of making a male or female baby.

Allergies Aren’t Likely
Some women may claim to be allergic to sperm to avoid swallowing, but it isn’t very likely. In the unusual case, a woman is diagnosed as allergic, using a condom can prevent exposure. Don’t forget they do come in flavors.

A Man’s Health Affects His Sperm

Sperm may be healthier for men under 40. It is also healthier in men who avoid things like smoking and medicines/drugs.
