Lil Wayne an avid sports fan is reportedly finally getting into the business.  According to TMZ, Weezy is starting his own sports management company and his first client will be a huge one.

According to the site Lil Wayne’s first client will be Team Portugal star, Cristiano Ronaldo.  The soccer icon is not only a megastar but also a close friend of Lil Wayne.  Ronaldo tweeted out a photo with the Prime Minister of Japan and other politicians; they were all throwing up the Young Money/Cash Money sign, used by Wayne and those on his record label of the same name.

Lil Wayne’s company will reportedly be handling Ronaldo’s sports management affairs in the United States which will include everything from branding to marketing, endorsement deals and modeling.

Weezy’s company will be working with PolarisSports, which is affiliated with the CAA agency and GestiFute.  It’s smart and follows along the lines of Jay Z’s Roc Nation Sports which works with the titan of management CAA as well.
