Happy Monday morning. It’s a brand new week and motivation in the gym is always needed.

Here’s a track to get you hyped up on your morning jog:

When you think of notables born or reared in Dayton, Ohio, folks like baseball pitcher Roger Clemens, model Toccara Jones and NBC football analyst Cris Collinsworth should come to mind.

The sixth largest city in the state of Ohio, Dayton is known for healthcare and its association with aviation. Apparently, hip-hop is also something Dayton has produced too. If you’re a fan of hip-hop, here’s another name in Dayton that you should be paying attention to: JJ Hustla.

Hailing from the Five Oaks section of Dayton, JJ Hustla has been rapping since the seventh grade. His inspiration? The ability to turn real life events and experiences into music—hence his nickname.

“I’m just recording every day and staying out the way,” JJ Hustla tells The Source.

Apparently staying away and recording is keeping him active. JJ Hustla got rave reviews off of his Kitchen Brought Me Everything Mixtape hosted by Bigga Rankin.
