Carmelo Anthony will host his 11th Annual Citi Pro Camp’s basketball camp on Saturday September 13th at Baruch College in Manhattan.
According to reps, the $249 one day camp is open to boys and girls in grades 1-12 and is limited to 200 campers per session. While at the camp, campers will learn fundamental basketball skills and have the opportunity to meet and interact with Anthony.
Anthony re-signed with the Knicks last month after being courted by the Los Angeles Lakers, Chicago Bulls, Houston Rockets and the Dallas Mavericks. According to ESPN New York’s Ian Begley, Anthony signed a five year $124 million dollar deal that includes an early termination option in year five. “In the end, I am a New York Knick at heart,” said Anthony after re-signing with the team.
“I am looking forward to continuing my career in orange and blue and to working with Phil Jackson, a champion who builds championship teams.”
Carmelo Anthony’s camp is sponsored by Hard Rock Café and the Taco Bell Foundation for Teens. The camp will house RCN New York and ESPN Radio New York as their media partners.
