Welcome to The Sisterhood Of Hip Hop

On the premiere episode of Sisterhood Of Hip Hop, we are introduced to rappers Bia, Siya while others you’re probably familiar with like Nyemiah SupremeBrianna PerryDiamond. All of these women are from different parts of the world but have one thing in common, their love for rapping. Between being in the studio and finishing up school, Brianna is one example of what it really means to be a role model. She makes the decision to move out of her mother’s house as she moves to a new place.

Diamond, who used to be in the rap group Crime Mobb is determined to have a bright future as she wants to achieve her solo career and not have any distractions. She tells her family that she is moving to New York, so she could finally pursue her solo career with the advice that was given to her by Lil Jon, who first signed her to his label. Siya, who is an openly gay rapper is determined to make it to the top with her girlfriend Renaye and through r&b singer Tank but can she  handle the pressure of her career and her relationship with her.

Nyemiah, who was a back up dancer for other artists in the past, who is signed to Timbaland is from Queens uses her raw edginess and her good looks in her songs as she wants to be respected for her music and not for her body. Last but certainly not least, Bia who is signed to Pharrell is more than a pretty face as she been through obstacles in her life as she wants to be a role model to her little sister Trini. Although, it’s not easy for a female to make it in rap but these divas want to shut all of the haters down.

This is one show that is worth watching and you’re going to remember these ladies as they hit the scene.
