Hollis Queens, the place that birthed the legendary group Run-D.M.C., has been a place deeply entwined in the fabric of hip hop. Hip hop & Hollis Avenue are two things that the borough of Queens is proud to call their own. However, it’s been a minute since a real legitimate movement has stepped to the forefront to pick up where the legendary Run-D.M.C. left off. Rich Fly Gee$ could potentially be that movement, as they are poised to keep the Hollis Avenue legacy going. The group is comprised of 8 artists, all with different styles and sounds. Their goal is to be the best group in the game and to show why “Queens is the place where stars are born.”

Now with their new visual “Try Me”, the two brothers from the camp – Young Yadi & Yetti Boss – give us a glimpse into the world of Rich Fly Gee$ as this Shatek (Beats on Film) directed video is filmed on the legendary 205th street & Hollis Avenue. Fly whips, bands of cash, and crew love are the backdrops of this visual as the duo asks the question, “why would you ‘Try Me’”?. Checkout their new visual above.
