Two of Vans’ most coveted designs, the Sk8-Hi and the Chukka Low, have just joined the Authentic, Authentic Lo Pro, Classic Slip-On, Era, Old Skool and 106 Vulcanized as customizable styles for Vans Customs.
Introduced in 1978, the Sk8-Hi (then known as “Style 38″) was just the second shoe by the California brand to carry Vans’ signature Sidestripe. 35 strong years later, the silhouette has been unanimously deemed a classic. As for the Chukka Low, it’s a modified take on Vans’ Chukka Boot. Cut down and padded up, the Chukka Low is the first customizable Pro Skate shoe in the Vans Customs arsenal.
The new patterns included are: Digi Lightning, Tribal Leaders, Chevron and Geometric graphics. Additional solid colors have been added as well. They include: Cyber Yellow, Blue Bell, Beetle and Rosebloom hues. Pictures are below.
