The current Queen of Hip Hop apparently isn’t welcomed at her alma mater
Nicki Minaj took to her Twitter yesterday, alleging that her former high school will not allow her to address its students in an inspirational assembly.
The principal at Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School in Long Island City, Queens denied the rap giant’s request to speak to the school’s current attendees. It has been claimed that she was only denied the request because the award winning emcee allegedly planned to bring a camera crew to film her reality show. It doesn’t sound like a far cry from the truth. I mean, who wouldn’t want to go to their high school and show what they’ve made of themselves and in Nicki’s case, the most successful artist in Hip Hop?
Here’s what Minaj had to say about her days at LaGuardia:
“It was the first time I felt like I really fit in. Everyone there was creative. For once. I didn’t feel like there was something weird about me.”

TheSource.com will see if LaGuardia let’s the Queen address the current crew on how to become rap moguls in our update.
