Friday September 12th, 2014, a narcotics, Agent Victor Zambrano, shot a 31-year old woman and her 42 year old boyfriend. Witnesses say after the group dined and drank together, the woman asked the agent to see his weapon while walking. After allowing her to hold his .40 caliber glock, the agent demanded she give it back which then began an argument. In the midst of the argument for the gun and a tussle that ensued minutes later, the agent shot the woman in her foot and her boyfriend in his calf. Afterwards the narcotics agent began running and the boyfriend ran after him. Eventually the shooter was apprehended and taken into custody where charges are still pending.
All three were said to be drunk, which didn’t help with responding officers retrieving the proper information concerning the shooting. For more on the story visit NBC News .
