American designer, Tess Johnson, a native of Kansas City, Missouri had dreams of being a figure skater, but somehow changed her direction with her other passion—fashion and creating one-of-kind and ready-to-wear pieces.

No stranger to fashion, Johnson, a young entrepreneur was a challenge winner on Lifetime Network’s 24 Hour Catwalk, and her collections have been featured at Miami Fashion Week, Ottawa Fashion Week, Nolcha Shopping Event in London and New York Fashion Week, in addition to a number of editorial features.

Now in 2014, Johnson has created a collection that embodies the everyday person that lives in a metro city, a world traveler, and fitness junkie and beyond.

Meet the NOMAD Line. A bookbag that allows the go-getter that’s always on the go, the ability to file everything in one bag. It’s like the Trapper Keeper for adults!

Truly unique, the NOMAD combines all three elements of fashion, design, and multi-functional for the everyday wearer. Zippers, pockets and snaps provide easy access to subway cards, phones, money and all other small traveling essentials, while a separate inside back pocket provides space for laptops, tablets, magazines or books. Inside pouches are detachable, making them easy to clean or simply provide you with more space.
