As the Reebok brand celebrates the 25th anniversary of their Pump model, it seems like every other day we’re getting a release date for a new pair. The collaborative Reebok Pumps we’ve received this year have all been given special touches from popular retailers, and the next store up is Sneaker Politics.
Inspired by 1940s ice cream shop Borden’s Ice Cream, the Sneaker Politics x Reebok Pump 25 are definitely the sweetest pair created this year. The Lafayette, Louisiana parlor shares the same hometown as the folks over at Sneaker Politics, so they did their best to recreate the shop’s look for this special pair of Pumps. CaliBlue and White compliment the Cream suede and perforated leather upper, while the bright Scarlet hue makes the sole stand out. Because Borden’s has “stood the test of time,” “Last Of A Dying Breed” was etched onto the tongue, with “Sneaker Politics” placed on the back of the kicks to better personalize them.
The collaborative kicks will be available in all three Sneaker Politic stores October 24th, and will be sold globally on the 25th for $240. See the delectable kicks in detail below.
