BMU brings a new meaning to higher learning.
These days (and well, always), people who take part in smoking marijuana get a bad rep. The natural substance has caused countless arguments since the 70s, and even with some states now legalizing the drug some people still feel uneasy, believing that marijuana only harbors negative effects. BMU University Clothing, however, believes quite the contrary.
BMU University Clothing is “Thee Clothing Line for Today’s Productive Marijuana Smoker.” The NYC-based brand’s acronym stands for “Bringing More Understanding,” and if you follow them on any of their social media you’ll see that they truly believe that you can smoke ganja and still remain productive. The clothing behind the movement showcases tie-dyed tees with their logo and educated women who just happen to be pro-smoke. From the Monopoly man smoking an apple bong to their “Hello, My Name Is Mary Jane” tees, BMU makes sure that their supporters are rocking fly, humorous gear while still aware that their focus is to show the world that they are beneficial, constructive human beings. Check out some of their clothing below, and if you like, join the movement through there Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr or Instagram.
