This is one of those songs where you don’t even have to press play before you know it’s going to be dope. Not only do you have three top tier emcees, you have two of the greatest on the boards. Hopefully this starts a new wave of just all star lineups on one track.
“El Wave” comes as a sample off of Term’s upcoming Shut Up And Rap! album (12/9). The 16 track album will not only feature big name rappers but also lesser known ones. As Termanology admits, “a big part of this album is breaking new talent. Their were times in the past I was focused on getting the biggest names on my albums, but this one was less about status and more about dudes who can just plain spit; regardless of their status.” Mad props, for that decision.
