November 8, marked Day 1 of Variety Studio: Actors on Actors, the sixth installment of Variety’s awards season video series, in Hollywood.
The Variety Studio: Actors on Actors edition features one-on-one conversations with today’s top actors and actresses in discussion with one another about their craft, films and mutual respect and admiration for each other’s work. Samsung Galaxy created a 2014 Variety Studio Class Photo with Jessica Chastain, Emily Blunt, Jake Gyllenhaal, Eddie Redmayne, Josh Brolin, and more with the Samsung Galaxy Note 4. In addition, drama majors from UCLA and Emerson College filmed questions on the Galaxy Note 4 for talent to answer at the studio. The answers will be posted on Variety.com along with the interview footage starting November 18.

Variety has partnered with PBS SoCaL for the premiere launch of the project and will televise four episodes of the Variety Studio: Actors on Actors. The first episode will premiere on December 21 at 7:00pm. The Variety Studio: Actors on Actors will also be aired by WNET in New York and be distributed to PBS stations around the country in January.
