While everyone is appropriately losing their sh*t over Run The Jewels’ newest album, Jeremiah Jae revisited their first album and remixed one of the tracks. For “Job Well Done,” not only does the talented artist mellow out the beat with his own touch yet preserving the same ferocity, he adds his own verse of equal lyrical skills. He may not be shouting his rhymes like Killer Mike and El-P, but Jeremiah brings his own eerie, descriptive rhymes and even references Until The Ribbon Breaks. I’m sure RTJ would smile upon this remix favorably.
Bryan Hahn thinks this remix job was done well. He’s on Twitter (@notupstate).
