Another celebrity is weighing in on the violence and protests in Ferguson in the wake of the grand jury’s decision not to indict former officer Darren Wilson.
Rapper Flavor Flav was in Ferguson Thursday night and gave a rousing speech to protesters at Wellspring Church. His speech was meant to encourage peaceful protesters to remain peaceful and to speak up if there are people who aren’t being peaceful.
The hypeman for legendary rap group Public Enemy marched with a group of protesters to the Ferguson Police Department. They chanted the familiar chants and took the protest into the streets.
