WE tv threw a great holiday party at 54 Below in NYC Thursday night with an extra treat from 90s favorite, SWV. 

 

Coming off of an amazing 2014 ratings season, WE’s SVP of Original Programming, Lauren Gellert and the folks over at the network wanted to celebrate the holidays winning style, just in time for their 2015 season. Guests were provided with sneak peaks of the upcoming lineup newbies, “Match Made In Heaven” and “Love Thy Sister”.  Viewers are in for some treats with these additions, one about a hot bachelor, Shaun on his hunt for the perfect woman with the help of his mom and pastor; and the other keeping up with the WE theme of “sisterhood”, follows the lives of three savvy Southern Belles.  And, following the preview of all the music and drama to be expected from the R&B group and stars of returning hit show “SWV Reunited”, they graced the stage with four of my favorite classics, still killing three-part harmonies like no one else. Afterward, the affair kept going with some mix & mingling, and a very consistent DJ.
