On Friday, Buttahman, an exec within the Hip Hop industry at MTV and BET who became the first person at his level in this profession to come out and admit that he is gay, spoke to Sway and Heather B. about publicly admitting his sexual preference. He goes into what it was like hiding his sexuality within what he considers the “homophobic” industry of Hip Hop and how his passion as a stand-up comedian helped him through his crisis.
